At The Dream Educare, we value our students and strive to provide the best admission guidance and educational consulting services. However, we have a strict No Refund Policy for our services, except in specific cases as mentioned below.
1. General Policy
Fees paid for counseling, admission assistance, and other services are non-refundable.
Payments made towards application processing, documentation, and university/college fees are non-refundable as per institutional policies.
Refund requests will only be considered under exceptional circumstances as outlined below.
2. Eligible Refund Cases
A refund may be considered in the following situations:
If The Dream Educare fails to provide the agreed services due to an internal issue.
If a payment was deducted multiple times due to a technical error.
If the student withdraws from our services before the admission process begins (subject to management approval).
3. Non-Refundable Cases
No refund will be provided in cases where:
The student provides incorrect or incomplete information.
The admission is denied due to ineligibility or failure to meet university/college requirements.
The student decides to withdraw after admission confirmation.
The delay or rejection of admission is due to factors beyond our control (e.g., university policies, government regulations).
4. Refund Process
Eligible refund requests must be submitted via email to thedreameducare@gmail.com or info@thedreameducare.com with complete details.
Refund requests will be reviewed within 7-10 business days of submission.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 15 business days via the original payment method.
